Legacy Academy holds Scholar Induction celebration

Legacy Academy’s Scholar Induction was a wonderful celebration last week, as they welcomed five sophomores into the rank of Scholar. Scholars are among the upper classmen who are charged to uphold the values, ways and standards of Legacy Academy.
The newest scholars are Oaklee Lofton, Rayne McDonald, Layne Schroer, Ozzy Toledano and Joshua Tucker. They made their pledge before their peers, the school body, their families and the wider community. 
Earlier in the ceremony, Legacy welcomed the new Rookies who will be attending Kindergarten through the 2nd grade and promoted the Proteges who are in the third through sixth grades and the Apprentices who are in the seventh through ninth grades. 
Each group received a token in honor of their promotion. The Rookies received a certificate. The Proteges received a coin. And the Apprentices received a pin. The Scholars received a navy blazer to be worn as part of their formal uniform.
