Legacy Warriors blow by Bloomburg, Texas 77-37

Lockesburg, AR—Bloomburg Texas Wildcats came to Sevier County to play Lockesburg’s Legacy Academy in senior boys basketball action. The Warriors defeated the Wildcats 77-37. The home team led at half-time 42-23. Legacy’s entire roster contributed to the team’s effort tonight. Ethan Gallagher had a triple-double with 36 points, 10 assists, and 13 rebounds. DJ Morris put up 22 points, delivered 7 assists, and 10 rebounds. Eli Hamilton added 7 points and 7 rebounds for the Warriors. Corbin Wilson contributed 6 points under the goal and grabbed 4 rebounds.Joshua Tucker gave 4 points and Manolo Vasquez 2 to the team’s victory. Luke Porterfield was the high scorer for the Texas team with 13 points, followed by Adrian Rico with 9, and Payton Parson with 7. The Warriors are now 7-4 for the season. They’re in action again next Monday at home against Southwest Christian Academy from Little Rock after the Thanksgiving Break.
