Local Basketball Tournament Begins Tomorrow

Mineral Springs High School will host the Southwest Arkansas Classic Basketball Tournament beginning tomorrow.

Five games highlight the opening day. In boys contests, Murfreesboro plays the Ashdown JV team at 12:30 Saturday afternoon. Other boys contests tomorrow include Horatio takes on Fouke at 3:30 and Bradley faces Trinity Christian at 6:30 tomorrow evening.

There will also be a pair of senior girls games tomorrow. The Mineral Springs Lady Hornets play Bradley tomorrow afternoon at two o’clock and Fouke plays Murfreesboro at 5:00 PM.

The tournament will continue next week. The two championship games will be played Saturday, January 11th.
