Local Events to Get You in the Christmas Spirit
The holiday season is in full swing, and there are plenty of local events to help you and your family get into the Christmas spirit. Here’s a look at some festive activities happening this weekend:
This Saturday, December 7, Mineral Springs Church of Christ is hosting a Breakfast with Santa event from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 318 Bridgeman Drive. The event will feature delicious food, festive crafts, and a chance for visitors to snap a photo with Santa. For more information, you can call 870-451-4441.
Also on Saturday, the Rattler Band Booster Club invites families to join them for A Very Grinchmas Breakfast, featuring a special guest appearance by the Grinch himself! This event will take place from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Murfreesboro Senior Adult Center. For just $5, you’ll get a plate of breakfast, crafts, a treat, and a digital photo with the Grinch.
Then, on Monday, December 9, the HMH Pediatric Therapy Center in Nashville is hosting Cookies with Santa from 5 to 7 p.m. at 1315 S. 4th Street. In addition to photos with Santa, there will be cookies, crafts, games, and prizes. The event will also offer free therapy screenings for children.
