Local Fire Trucks Certified

Last week, the Nashville Fire Department and other Howard County rural volunteer fire departments participated in mandatory fire truck certification test.

Nashville Fire Chief Justin Thornton said the certification would help department’s maintain or improve their ISO ratings.

An ISO rating helps determine how well-equipped fire departments are to put out fires in their communities.
