Glenwood Man Facing Multiple Charges

A Glenwood man has been charged with multiple felony counts relating to a vehicle pursuit by police earlier this month.  Authorities say 26 year old Cody Wayne Duggan was the driver of a 2018 Ford Focus that Glenwood police were attempting to stop on December 8th.  Police say Duggan was driving at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the car on North Clay Street.  After leaving the roadway, the car struck a tree and overturned.  Two people inside the car were critically injured.
Duggan has been charged with two counts of First Degree Battery and Felony Fleeing.
In a separate case, he also has been charged with Possession of a controlled Substance–meth cocaine and for possessing drug paraphernalia.  The drug charges followed an undercover operation conducted by the drug task force.
