Local Man Facing Burglary Charges

Nashville police have arrested a local man on commercial burglary charges this week. 56 year old Ricky Brooks was arrested after police received information concerning a burglary at the York Gary Autoplex. Police Investigator Tim Bowlin reviewed video from the business and authorities said the video showed a man, identified as Brooks, driving his truck inside a shop building at the dealership. Police say once Brooks’ vehicle was inside, he closed the door and then bagged an unknown amount of oil filters in his truck and pumped oil into a container in the truck’s bed.

Brooks was being held in the Howard County Jail.
