Lockesburg man charged with stalking in HC Circuit Court
Yesterday, 45 year old Michael Robinson of Lockesburg appeared before Judge Tom Cooper in the Howard County Circuit Court.
Back in January, Mineral Springs Police Chief Francisco Mercado was dispatched to East New Pine Street in Mineral Springs in reference to a trespasser.
Upon Mercado’s arrival, he made contact with the homeowner, Jaime Jackson. Jackson stated Michael Robinson of Lockesburg had stopped by her house around 6:30 and she asked him to leave. She said Robinson got upset and broke out the window in her back bathroom.
Jackson had a video showing Robinson yelling at her. According to Mercado, he could hear Robinson breaking the window.
Jackson also reported Robinson has been sending her emails to her personal email account and her work account threatening to kill himself.
Robinson has been charged with harassing communications in the past and has been ordered to stay away from Jackson.
Robinson is set for pretrial April 26th and his trial date is set for May 2nd.
