Missing Lockesburg Person Found Deceased

Several fire departments, Arkansas Game and Fish, and the Arkansas State Police took part in the search for 63 year old Tony Martz on Tuesday, September 10. The Sevier County Sheriff’s Department found him deceased in a creek, reportedly a half mile from his vehicle. Martz’ family reported him missing on September 6th. Family members on Monday located his truck on a Weyerhauser lease road. Martz’ body is being sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for further investigation.
