MS School District offering coding opportunities through robotics program

The Mineral Springs school board met on Monday evening.

Mineral Springs High School Principle, JonDavid Amerson stated that they are close to reaching their goal. Amerson stated that they have four basic diagnostic testing that they are using to cover every angle.  

Amerson also talked about the Robotics program that they have at the school.  He said this program would be a big plus to help their kids move forward. 

Amerson discussed what the Robotics program is and how it benefits the students.

Superintendent Billy Lee made a recommendation to hire Fredecia Hendrix as a kindergarten 1 on 1 aide to be of assistance to a student during the school year. All were in favor of hiring Hendrix.
