MSES Principal discusses plans for the Elementary School

Tuesday, KMTB and KNAS had a chance to speak with Mineral Springs Elementary Principal Ruby Dean about her plans for the Elementary School. Dean talked about the new illustration math and how teachers and students are having to learn this subject.

Dean said that she now has an Administrative Team that come up with ideas during the leadership meetings so the students can be excited about coming to school.

Dean also mentioned how she sent tutoring notes to parents that were in regard to the tutoring program. Dean stated that she wanted the parents to be aware of the reading level of their child along with mentioning the importance of the students having a better reading level.
