Murfreesboro Apple Distinguished Schools Recognized

State officials were in Murfreesboro Wednesday to recognize the elementary and high schools for being named Apple Distinguished Schools for the 2019 through 2022 school years. Arkansas Education Commissioner Johnny Key spoke at yesterday’s assembly telling the students they are leading the way among rural school districts in Arkansas. School Superintendent Brad Sullivan said yesterday’s event was a great time to look forward to the future for students at Murfreesboro.
