Murfreesboro resident sentenced for Gypsy Underground burglary

On October 14, Daniel Buck of Murfreesboro appeared before Circuit Court Judge Tom Cooper in Pike County and entered a plea of guilty to four counts including commercial burglary, criminal mischief in the first degree, breaking or entering and theft of property of less than $1,000.

Buck was sentenced to 3 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections with an additional 7 years suspended on the commercial burglary charge, 3 years in the ADC for the charge of criminal mischifef in the first degree and a 3 year sentence for breaking or entering. These three sentences will be served concurrently. Buck was also sentenced to 1 year in the Pike County jail for the charge of theft of property and given credit for time served.

Buck will also pay $3,400 in restitution and court costs and fees.

Buck was charged with breaking into the Gypsy Underground in Murfreesboro.
