Nashville Man Arrested Following Drug Bust at Longview Road Residence
On February 4, 2025, officers from the 9th West Drug Task Force and the Howard County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence located at 307 Longview Road in Nashville leading to the arrest of 47 year old William Blount.
According to the affidavit, the residence, occupied by Blount, was searched after the warrant was served. Blount was detained while officers conducted the search. During their investigation, officers discovered two glass smoking pipes containing methamphetamine residue, a set of digital scales, and a pill bottle containing approximately one gram of suspected methamphetamine, one suspected hydrocodone pill, and two empty zip lock bags.
Following the search, Blount was transported to the Howard County Sheriff’s Office, where he was interviewed by Special Agents Justin Garner, Ricky Andrade, and Kevin Rodgers.
Blount allegedly admitted to selling methamphetamine, stating that he was almost out of the substance and did not have much left.
Blount was charged with possession of methamphetamine, heroin, or cocaine with the intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
