Nashville Man Arrested on Sexual Assault Charge

A Nashville man has been arrested on a sexual assault charge. Nashville Police Department Investigator Tim Bowlin took a report of a sexual assault on a juvenile female on October 7th. The victims mother stated that her 13 year old daughter was contacted by an 18 year old white male identified as Jose Morris of Nashville. She said that the two had met on social media approximately 3 weeks prior to the incident. The investigation revealed sexual contact between Morris and the 13 year old juvenile. Charges were filed for sexual assault. Morris was later arrested and is currently in the Howard County jail on a $50,000 bond.
