Nashville Man Sentenced in Pike County Circuit Court
A Nashville man was sentenced to one year in jail on assorted charges Monday in Pike County Circuit Court. 53 year old Jerry Pryor had originally entered a not guilty plea to the list of charges that include violation of a domestic protection order, First Degree Terroristic Threatening and Third Degree Domestic Battery. During yesterday’s court, Pryor changed his plea to guilty & was sentenced to the 365 days in jail for violating the protection order. He also received the same sentence on the other two counts. Those sentences will be served concurrently with the one sentence. Pryor will also have a five year suspended sentence.
