Nashville Radio Stations Move To New Location
For the first time in Nashville’s radio station history, broadcasts are originating at a location other than 1513 South 4th Street.
Studios for KMTB and KNAS were moved last week with the first full day of broadcasting at the new location taking place Friday.
The new facility offers a more modern design for broadcasting, allowing us to better serve the area.
Radio in Nashville began May 1st, 1959 when KBHC-AM went on the air. The second station, KNAS-FM, was added in 1977. 20 years later, KMTB-FM was also added to our group.
