Nashville School Prom To Be Held Off Campus

The Nashville School Board has voted to allow this year’s junior/senior prom to be held off campus. Last month, Principal Tate Gordon and the prom sponsors addressed the board to make the request. Superintendent Doug Graham has been considering the matter and after hearing his recommendation Tuesday evening, board members gave their approval to the request. Graham says all previous handbook policies regarding the prom will remain in place.

A decision about future locations for the event will be made on an annual basis.
