Nashville Schools Continue Developing AMI Process

School districts around the state have quickly adapted to alternate teaching methods during the COVID-19 health emergency.

Nashville School Superintendent Doug Graham says the AMI process wasn’t a smooth one in the first week. Since then, teachers and students are becoming more familiar with the process. Graham says he expects for it to continue getting better in the coming weeks.

Students are being allowed to check out Chrome Books in order to do the work. To work around the lack of internet for everyone, Graham says some students are sitting in parking lots on the school campuses so they can be connected.
