Nashville Still Looking For Tradition Grad Ceremony Later

With Saturday’s announcement from the state that no large scale school graduation ceremonies will take place until at least July 1st, Nashville school officials say they are still committed to having a formal event for the 2020 seniors.

Superintendent Doug Graham previously said he would not be interested in having seniors receive diplomas in drive through or video type ceremonies.

If the state allows ceremonies to proceed during July, Graham says Nashville will host a traditional graduation event at Scrapper Arena.
