North Howard Community Council hosting fundraiser this Friday

The Umpire and Athens fire departments will host a fundraiser Friday evening.  The event will include a meal, consisting of catfish and chicken tenders, served with side items and homemade desserts.  A live auction and bingo follows the meal.  Numerous items have been donated by local individuals and businesses.  A listing of the items can be found on the North Howard Community Council’s Facebook page.

Friday’s event begins at 6 p.m. at the Umpire community building.
