Not Guilty Plea on Xanax Charges In Howard County

An Oklahoma resident has entered a not guilty plea to charges of possessing Xanax.

Authorities say 21 year old Roy Eason of Broken Bow was arrested in February during a traffic stop by Nashville police. During their investigation, police said they located a plastic bag containing 46 pills that were suspected to be Xanax.

Eason is scheduled for a pre-trial date of November 13th and a trial date of November 17th.
