NSD 2024 Graduates discuss plans after High School

Recently we had the opportunity to speak with some of the Nashville High School Seniors that attended a signing ceremony last week.

Two NHS band students Emersen Gregory and Ahmelia Williamson committed to Arkansas State University to continue playing in the band. Tyler Brown received a baseball scholarship and signed with National Park College, Janalyn Revels received a cheer scholarship and signed with University of Central Arkansas, Aaliyah Hollins received a basketball scholarship and signed with National Park College, and Lexy Elmore also received a cheer scholarship and signed to Texas A&M University-Texarkana.

Today we are going to conclude our senior spotlight segment by highlighting these remaining seniors. 

Williamson said that she will majoring in Social Work with a minor in African American studies.

Gregory will be on the color guard team with Arkansas State University.

Brown stated that he’s hoping to major in Electrical Engineering, and he shared what he is going to miss the most about High School. 

Lexy Elmore will be majoring in Nursing, and she hopes to be going to medical school after she graduates college. 

Revels will be majoring in Exercise Science in Physical Therapy. She added that she would like to be successful in college and to grow into a better person.

Hollins stated that she would like to get her education in the athletic training field and what she will miss the most in High School is being around her teammates and coaches because they motivate her to do more things. Hollins said one of her goals while attending college is being open to learn more.
