Outlaws host Cougars; Hornets host Gators; Rattlers travel to Poyen

This week, the Dierks Outlaws will host Lafayette County at the Holler for Homecoming.

This year’s Homecoming Queen is Emma Gilbert and her Maid of Honor is Kyndall Turner.  The other senior court members include football maid Caleigh Manning and the senior class maid is Jenna Bray.

Junior homecoming court members include football maid Ally Hogg, and junior class maid, Emmi Ford.

The sophomore football maid is Hannah Kirby and the class maid is Kalli Alexander.

The Outlaws are 3 and 1 on the season and ranked number 8 in one poll, while the Cougars are 0 and 3 and struggling to stop teams from scoring.

Tonight’s game can be heard on 105.5 the Maverick.

It’s also Homecoming at Mineral Springs this Friday night.

The Hornets will be hosting Foreman tonight and head coach Jason Hathcock said he has challenged his team to stay focused on football.

This year’s Homecoming Court includes, Queen Lafika Griffith and her Maid of Honor Jalexysa Smith.

The Senior Class Maid is Dajanae Watson and the Senior Football Maid is Ireana Gentry.

The Junior Class Maid is Ahava Griffith. The Junior Football Maids are Jontavia Scroggin and Deriyana Nolen.

The Sophomore Class Maid is Ashley Herandez. The Sophomore Football Maids are Shannon Newton and Saniya Gilliam.

And the Murfreesboro Rattlers will open conference play on the road at Poyen.

Head coach Brad Chesshir said his team will need to run the ball and stay ahead of the chains.

All three games will kick off at 7 pm.
