Pafford Medical Services recognized as Accredited Center of Excellence for Dispatching

Pafford Medical Services has been recognized by The International Academies of Emergency Dispatch as an Accredited Center of Excellence for emergency medical dispatching. Pafford Medical Services is the 299th Medical ACE in the world.

Pafford recently relocated its communications center from the company’s headquarters to a new Hope, AR location. This new, state-of-the-art and technically sophisticated EMS communications center will better accomplish the thousands of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Mississippi service areas’ ambulance deployments the center processes around-the-clock every year.

Accreditation is valid for a three-year period, during which all standards must be upheld. Emergency communication centers can earn multiple accreditations, one for each emergency discipline they service…medical, fire, police, and emergency nurse triage.
