Pike County Court

Pike County Court met this week seeing 29 year old William Rayburn West of Glenwood. West has been facing a single felony charge for 3rd degree domestic battery. West caught this charge after striking a female in front of the Broadway apartments in Glenwood. West was handed down his sentencing yesterday after the court changed his charge to the felony level due to prior history of domestic abuse. West pleaded guilty to the domestic battery charge and was sentenced to 5 years probation including court cost.
