Ranchers’ Table ministry shares vision with Nashville Rotary Club

Rita Vasquez of the Ranchers’ Table was the guest speaker this week at the Nashville Rotary Club. 

Vasquez explained how the Ranchers’ Table ministry was started in 2021 by Ed Williams. She also discussed what the goal of the Ranchers’ Table.

Vasquez said the Ranchers’ Table currently offers high-quality protein products to six area food banks, including the Glory Bee ministry of the Mineral Springs Church of Christ.

According to statistics, 20 percent of the population in Miller, Bowie and the surrounding areas do not have enough food on their tables.

Vasquez also explained how people can help the program by donating livestock, funds or land.
