Retirement reception held for Howard County Judge Kevin Smith

Yesterday, a Retirement Reception was held for Former Howard County Judge Kevin Smith.

Judge Smith talked about his experience during his time as a judge and sent a special thanks to his supporters.

Judge Smith has served Howard County for 14 years and he stated that he enjoyed it very much.
