Scrapperette coach previews team at Nashville Rotary Club

Scrapperette basketball coach, Paul Dean was the guest speaker at the Nashville Rotary this week and provided an update on the program.

Dean reported it’s been a crazy year with no team camps or early season tournaments. Dean told his team to be prepared even if they don’t get to play and so far the senior Scrapperettes are 4-1 on the season.

Dean said the victory over Star City, the Saturday before Thanksgiving showed just how much this team has improved over last year. He also said they are a lot of fun to watch.

The Scrapperettes will host Magnet Cove Thursday night at Scrapper Arena. Tip-off is set for 5:30.
