Search Warrants issued in Oct 17th accident investigation

Arkansas State Police are continuing their investigation into a three vehicle accident that resulted in the death of a Mineral Springs man last month. 58 year old Tony Ray Young was killed in the October 17th wreck that occurred on Highway 27 in Howard County. Following the accident, reports said Young’s Dodge Avenger and another vehicle were traveling south, when their vehicles were struck by a north bound Hyundai Santa Fe. The driver of that vehicle was identified as 33 year old Brandi Turner of Lockesburg.
State investigators have issued search warrants in Howard County Circuit Court for some of Turner’s property that is related to the fatal accident to help determine if Turner will face any charges in the accident.
