ServSafe Certified Food Manager Course

A two-day ServSafe Certified Food Manager Course will be held October 6th and 7th at the Howard County Extension Homemaker’s Education Center in Nashville. In the past, the program was recommended, but not mandated. However, the Arkansas Department of Health recently changed that to require each food service facility to have at least one supervisory employee who has the training. The sessions begin at 8:15 each morning with a cost of $140 for new managers and $60 for re-certifications. All participants must pre-register & pay by September 18th. Seating is limited, due to COVID-19 restrictions.
