Shirley Wright Wins Howard County Extension Homemakers’ Christmas Quilt Raffle

The Howard County Extension Homemakers held their Christmas Quilt raffle drawing on Friday, December 13, 2024, with Agriculture Agent Dawson Bailey and EH Council President Joy Bar drawing the winning name. The lucky recipient of the stunning quilt was Shirley Wright, a member of the Twilight Extension Homemakers Club.

The Howard County Extension Homemakers extend their gratitude to everyone who purchased a chance in the raffle. Proceeds from this fundraiser will go toward purchasing a new heater/air conditioner for the upstairs meeting room at the Extension Homemakers (EH) Center, ensuring a more comfortable space for future events.

The Extension Homemakers expressed their appreciation for the community’s continued support and involvement in their fundraising efforts.
