Texas Man Receives Prison Sentence

A Houston, Texas man has been sentenced to three years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections on charges of Breaking or Entering.

Authorities said 27 year old Frank Tejeda Riveron was accused of attaching a skimmer device to a local store’s gas pump in May of 2017. The device allowed access to credit card information from people who had used the pump.

Riveron made his court appearance yesterday by video and was given credit for 302 days of jail time already served. Along with the three years in prison, Riveron was also ordered to pay court costs.
