Two people sentenced to probation in Pike County

Two people were sentenced to probation Monday in the first day of circuit court for the new year in Pike County. 51 year old Melissa Hanna of Delight was sentenced to five years probation on charges filed in October for 2nd Degree Battery. In addition to the probation, Hanna was fined 15 hundred dollars & costs.
The other probation sentence given yesterday was for 22 year old John Graves of Amity. He was charged with Aggravated Assault. On Monday, Graves was sentenced to three years probation, given a 15 hundred dollar fine & ordered to pay costs.
