A review of news for the week as we near the end. This week we honored the success of the Scrapper Trap team as they plan to continue on to the State Championship on June 4th & 5th. Tyson donated $2,500 to UA Cossatot to set up the Tyson Technical Maintenance Scholarship which can be applied for this summer with a recipient being chosen via committee vote for the fall. Nashville School District celebrated the years of service for 13 who retired. A lucky gentleman travelling from Washington found a 2.2 carat diamond at Crater of Diamonds State Park in Murfreesboro. The largest found since last October. Gov. Asa Hutchinson announced the lottery incentive for those that get their COVID-19 vaccine after May 25th. And last, the AGFC announced Brad Young to be the new Chief of Enforcement officer starting June 1st replacing Col. Greg Rae.
