LEOs to receive $5,000 bonus

Governor Asa Hutchinson spoke to a combined session of the Arkansas state legislature Monday afternoon. The governor’s speech marked the beginning of the fiscal session for state budget purposes. Hutchinson said there are a number of areas where extra funding is being proposed:
