Scrappers and Scrapperettes were honored on Senior Night

Tuesday night was a special night for the Nashville Scrappers and Scrapperettes Basketball Teams. The seniors were honored by their coaches, family, and friends and presented with gifts and banners.

Seniors that were honored for the Scrapperettes were: Olivia Dean, Aaliyah Hollins, Jasmine May, Lily Meraz, Akeilah Meeks, Natalia Betancourt, Allie Westbrook, Kaniyah Adams, and Jordan Scoggins. 

Head Coach Paul Dean talked about what advice he would give to the seniors along with mentioning how hard these seniors worked down through the years.

Seniors that were honored for the Scrappers were Vaster Cooper, Armahd Cornell, Tayshawn Davis, Jordan Jones, and Omarion Nunally.

Head Coach Aaron Worthen said that they always talk about how athletics prepares them for life and it’s really about how you respond in that moment.
