Southwest Arkansas Radio, an affiliate of Bunyard Broadcasting, may change the dates and/or terms of a contest without prior notice.
All taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner. Winners may be required to complete a W-9 for tax purposes. From the date awarded, all forms must be completed, returned and postmarked within 5 days to Southwest Arkansas Radio. If the proper forms are not completed and returned, prizes will be considered forfeited and will not be awarded.
Prizes may not be substituted or transferred.
Southwest Arkansas Radio reserves the right to substitute alternate prizes of comparable value.
Prizes are offered as is with no written or expressed warranty.

United Healthcare is hosting a FREE Medicare Community Event to teach you how to save money on Prescription Drugs, Diabetic A1c testing, Blood Pressure Readings, Bone Density Test, and Mammogram (call 870-845-8156 to pre-schedule appt.) As well as, Diabetic Eye Exam, Colorectal Screening Kits, and Additional Member Support Programs. You can take your cardboard to the Howard County Children’s Center, anytime. There is a drive-thru area for cardboard, office waste, newspapers and aluminum cans at 1577 Hwy 371 West in Nashville. For more information, call 870-845-1211.

The Blessed Beginnings Mission House in Murfreesboro is open the second Saturday of every month from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist. Distributions alternate between food sack only and food sack/clothing months.
The Howard County Christian Health Clinic is open the second Thursday of each month from 4:00 until 6:00 PM.
The Howard County Sheriff’s Office has an unwanted prescription drugs drop box located in the lobby. The service is free and anonymous.
The Bread of Life Food Ministry soup kitchen is open each Tuesday from 5:00 until 7:00 at 201 South Washington Street in Nashville.
Mineral Springs Church of Christ Soup Kitchen is open the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month from 5-6 pm at 318 Bridgeman Drive in Mineral Springs. For more information, call 870-451-4441.
The Saratoga Tri-County Lions Club is collecting used eyeglasses to recycle and reuse. Glasses can be dropped off at Dale’s Grocery in Saratoga or at the Southwest Arkansas Radio Station studios in Nashville. For more information, call 870-388-9200.
