Local Tyson Foods Plant Receives Honorable Mention Award

The U.S. Poultry and Egg Association recently recognized the local Tyson Foods plant with an honorable mention with distinction award.

Dale Patrick, Complex Environmental Manager of the Tyson Foods Nashville plant recently accepted the honorable mention for the Clean Water Award in the full treatment category.

The Clean Water Award recognizes outstanding wastewater treatment facilities operated by poultry companies in categories such as clean water quality, water conservation, environmental stewardship, and community outreach/involvement.
