4th Annual Parker Westbrook Dinner October 5

The Howard County Democratic Committee is pleased to announce the 4th annual Parker Westbrook dinner will be October 5th 2019 at the ‘Off the Beaten Track’ events center in Nashville Arkansas and is open to the public.

Each year a Howard County native is chosen to be honored. This year our honoree is Dr. Joycelyn Elders. Dr. Elders was born in Schaal, a community near Mineral Springs and Tollette. She has many accomplishments, including being the Surgeon General of the United States of America.
