Howard County Court

Howard County Court saw 31 YO Anthony Guarisco of Nashville yesterday. Guarisco was charged with 2 counts of possession of controlled substance with both of those violation dates being within 2 weeks of one another. A 3rd felony charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was also included when deciding his sentencing. Guarisco was sentenced to 5 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections as well as fined $1,000. 

Also in court was 55 YO William White of Nashville. White was arrested on June 22, 2020 for being in possession of a substance believed to be methamphetamine. During White’s appearance in court he pleaded no contest. The court found him guilty on 1 count of possession of a controlled substance and 1 count of possession of drug paraphernalia. White was sentenced to 3 years in the Arkansas Department of Correction with credit for jail time served.
