Nashville man charged with domestic battery

On April 22nd around 10:16pm, Greg Parker of the Nashville Police Department responded to a possible Domestic battering call. According to the affidavit, the victim Wanda O’Neal, stated that she’s been letting 33-year-old Javon Davis of Nashville, who she formerly was in a relationship with stay at her house. It was reported that O’Neal and Davis had gotten into a verbal altercation that led to Davis threatening to have his new girlfriend come over and beat up O’Neal. O’Neal reportedly told officers that she started walking towards Davis. He then pulled out a large knife and swung it at O’Neal and cut her finger. Davis was arrested and transported to the Howard County Jail and charged with domestic battering in the second degree.
