Halloween Activities Ignite Fall Festivities in the Area
As Halloween approaches this week, the community is abuzz with a variety of festive activities designed for all ages to enjoy.
Kicking off the celebrations, Dierks High School will host a lively Trunk or Treat event tomorrow starting at 6:30 PM, featuring a Costume Contest at 6:45 PM and an outdoor movie screening at 7 PM. Attendees can indulge in complimentary food, including hot dogs, nachos, and popcorn.
Midway Baptist Church will also join in the Halloween festivities with a Fall Community Outreach event on October 30 at 6 PM. Families are invited to enjoy a hot dog meal, popcorn, games, and plenty of candy.
For those seeking a thrilling experience, the Haunted Hospital at 315 E 13th Street in Murfreesboro will operate on Halloween night. A kid-friendly hour will run from 6:30 to 7 PM, followed by a haunted experience from 7 to 10:30 PM. Admission is $5 for children ages five and under and $10 for those six and older. Lastly, Nashville Parks and Recreation will host its annual Trick or Treat Trail event on Halloween from 5 PM to 7 PM, featuring a Costume Contest at 5:30 PM.
