Warrant Issued In Pike County

A Hot Spring County woman, charged with drug possession in Pike County, is now facing additional charges for failing to attend her court proceeding yesterday.   28 year old Sarah Womble, of Rockport, was arrested in April of last year following a traffic stop in Glenwood.  During that stop, state police said they recovered a wallet belonging to Womble that contained a plastic baggie with suspected methamphetamine. 
Womble was scheduled for a court appearance on the charges yesterday in Murfreesboro.  When she failed to show up, the judge issued a failure to appear warrant for Womble’s arrest.
