A second grant for broadband internet service in Howard County has been approved by state officials. Premier Holdings has been awarded a grant of $714,495 dollars to provide high speed internet services in the Center Point area. Premier’s proposal presented to state officials calls for construction of a 190 foot tower to be built just southwest southwest of Center Point on the Corn Bridge Road.
