Dierks Outlaws Gear Up for Showdown Against Mountain Pine

The Dierks Outlaws look to rebound this week at the Hollar as they square off with 2A Mountain Pine in a non-conference matchup.

Coach Paul Ernest said he’s not sure exactly what Mountain Pine will do this week. He said they are moving back to 11-man football this season after playing 8-man football for the past several seasons.

Ernest stated the Outlaws made to many mistakes last week in the game against Fouke. He said his team worked on cleaning that part of their game up, but they want to continue to be aggressive.

Dierks will kick off against Mountain Pine tonight at 7 pm. You can catch the game on 105.5 the Maverick with Jeff Tuttle and Spud Moore.
