Scrapperettes defeat Arkadelphia

Tuesday afternoon, the Nashville Scrapperettes improved to 8-2 on the season and 3-1 in conference play with a 13-0 win over the Arkadelphia Lady Badgers.

Maci McJunkins gave up no runs on 1-hit, while striking out nine and walking one.

Emma Hutchinson led the Scrapperettes at the plate by getting three hits with three RBIs. She had a double and two singles.

Senior Scrapperette Eva Reeder told James Bunch Nicoles what it’s going to take for the Scrapperettes to compete for a state championship.

The Scrapperettes will play Taylor Thursday afternoon on the campus of Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia. The game will be broadcast on 99.5.
