HMH Board of Directors accepts resignation of Human Resources Director

Thursday, during a special called meeting, the Board of Directors of Howard Memorial Hospital accepted the resignation of Human Resources Director Gayla Lacefield who has been working for HMH for over 40 years. 

Vice-Chairman Julie Rhodes stated that they appreciate all of the time that Lacefield has put into the hospital over the years. Rhodes said they are currently in discussion with a firm to have HR Coverage until they open that position.

Rhodes said that they are hoping to find someone that is interested in furthering the hospital and has the same goal as they do.
