Mineral Springs City Council Greenlights Park Grant Applications

On Monday, at the regular monthly meeting of the Mineral Springs City Council, Treasurer Denise Juniel presented two resolutions concerning her intention to apply for park grants for the year 2025. She also outlined the planned developments for the park.

Juniel mentioned that the park is currently undergoing construction, with contractors working on remodeling the restrooms and concession stands.

Following further discussion, the council approved the resolutions, authorizing Juniel to proceed with the grant applications.

Additionally, Juniel shared that they are collaborating with the Mineral Springs School District to upgrade all the fields, aiming to introduce more activities to the community. She also announced preparations for the upcoming Fall Ball tournament scheduled for August 31st.
