Nashville School District Celebrates Student Athletes at Annual Scrapper Sports Banquet
On Tuesday, the Nashville School District held their annual Scrapper Sports Banquet, a tradition that honors the accomplishments of the district’s dedicated student-athletes. The event celebrated standout performers from multiple sports, including girls and boys basketball, tennis, golf, senior girls track, and cross country.

Today’s spotlight is on the Nashville High School Tennis Team, led by Coach Maddie McRae, who began the night by recognizing the efforts of her boys team.
Coach McRae then turned her attention to the girls team, handing out awards and highlighting their success throughout the season.
The evening’s tennis honors wrapped up with the presentation of the Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards, recognizing the top-performing athletes on the court.

Next, Coach Mikayla Clift stepped up to recognize the achievements of the Cross Country Team, celebrating another season of endurance, discipline, and teamwork.
More highlights are still to come as we feature the boys and girls basketball teams, led by Coaches Aaron Worthen and Paul Dean. Stay tuned as we continue to honor the athletes who make the Scrapper tradition proud.
